Roller Grill GES40 Single Ice Cream Waffle Iron

Specifically designed for create thin, coned waffles, the Roller Grill GES40 is a must-have appliance for delicatessens, restaurants and other sites that wish to produce a true, home-made ice cream product.

Like Roller Grill's other waffle irons, the GES40 features a conductive cast iron cooking surface which is quickly and evenly heated by the machine's sealed and efficient heating elements. The plate is of a finely detailed criss-cross pattern, a traditional design for an ice cream cone.

The cone itself is created when the thin waffle is wrapped around a purposefully designed mould which comes as standard. As it cools, the waffle hardens to create a delicious, hand-crafted ice cream cone.
