Valentine EVO250TP Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine 205TP features turbo style heating elements and an integrated oil filtration system.

This Swiss-made free standing fryer has a tank capacity of 9-10 litres and is capable of outputting around 35kg of potatoes per hour, making it perfect for a wide range of commercial catering establishments.

Like all of Valentine's fryers, the unit's tank is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel. This process ensures that the tank is free from any welded or bolted joints, making it far easier to clean than comparative models.

As well as having a folding lid, ample storage space, this electric fryer has an energy efficient cold zone that reduces turnaround time between uses.
