Valentine EVO400P Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO400P is a single tank, twin basket electric fryer that has an output of up to 46kg per hour, making it suitable for a number of catering establishments and professional kitchens.

The EVO400P comes with an integrated filtration system as standard. This pump and micro-filter work together to clean oil, increasing its life, limiting operating costs and improving food quality.

Ingeniously, the fryer's tank is pressed from a single sheet of stainless steel. By constructing their tanks in this manner, Valentine is able to ensure a perfectly rounded and smooth unit, one that is free from bolted or welded joints. This process ensures that the fryer is as easy to clean and maintain as possible.

The tank's design also incorporates a small cool zone. This means that less oil is required than normal, saving you money in day-to-day operating costs.

As with all of the Swiss-made Valentine fryers, the EVO400P comes with adjustable legs, a storage area and a three-year parts and labour warranty.
