Valentine TF77 Counter Top Electric Fryer

The Valentine TF77 is a twin tank counter top fryer that is the ideal solution for a wide range of small-to-medium-sized catering establishments.

Constructed out of stainless steel, the unit itself is built in three separate parts to improve safety and to make the unit much easier to clean and maintain. A front drain valve also helps in this regard.

A key feature of the TF77 is that both of the fryer's tanks are pressed from a single piece of metal. This creates a durable and robust tank, one that is suitable for continuous use throughout the working day. Devoid of any fused joints, it is also more hygienic and easier to clean than other appliances that have welded tanks.

With its two 7-litre capacity tanks, this electric fryer is capable of producing in the region of 15kg of chips per hour.
