Designed specifically for bakeries and bakers, the Crystal PC1T can hold up to 20 18' x 30' bakery trays. This gives you a great deal of dedicated proving space for your fine baked goods.

An energy saving controller ensures that you get excellent performance, reliability and efficiency in a powerful unit. Designed for usage in ambient environments, this Williams prover is ideal within working temperatures of up to 43ºC.
