Williams Crystal RPC1T Single Door Retarder Prover

Packing all of William’s refrigeration knowhow into a single-door upright unit, the RPC1T is a Retarder Prover capable of holding seventeen 18’X30’ bakery trays. Incorporating user-friendly DoughMaster control technology, it uses intelligent steam generation to reduce energy wastage while automatic temperature control ensures the product remains in perfect condition.

• User friendly, touch screen DoughMaster Control panel with PC quality graphics. The simple to programme DoughMaster features intelligent steam calculation and generation to reduce wasted energy whilst the automatic control of retarding temperature ensure products remain in prime condition.
• Construction includes 75mm polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP and provides excellent thermal efficiency
• Self-closing doors fitted with easy to clean, replaceable magnetic balloon gaskets
• Delivered to site with heavy duty, non-marking swivel castors with brakes and designed to fit through a standard door for ease of positioning
