Designed, refined and manufactured in Italy to the highest possible industry standards, these specialist pizza ovens come fitted with a host of modern technologies but still remain incredibly compact in size.

A tempered glass window with an internal light allows that the baking process can be continuously monitored. Cooking temperatures can be set and altered via the simple switches and dials which form the user-friendly control panel.

This single deck machine includes a tempered glass viewing window and internal light, to help give visual feedback on all aspects of the pizza cooking process.

Despite being a single deck, this compact and powerful pizza oven is capable of cooking 4 x 12" pizzas or 4 x 11" within pizza pans. Plenty of space for cooking 

The deck has individual upper and lower heating elements, for incredibly quick cooking and baking, whilst also including a traditional refractory stone base. This stone base holds heat and prevents food from sticking and tearing when moved, manipulated and revmoed from this exquisite oven.
