The Convotherm 4 easyTouch also introduces the ConvoClean+ fully automated cleaning system with eco, express, and regular modes, and optional single-measure dispensing. Additionally, it includes an Ethernet/LAN interface.

As a pioneer in full-touchscreen technology for combi steamers, Convotherm takes operating convenience to a new level with the Convotherm 4 easyTouch. The 10" full-touch screen features the latest touch controls and a configurable user interface, conveniently positioned on the front of the appliance. USB sticks can be effortlessly plugged in behind a self-closing cover that automatically shuts when the USB stick is removed, providing IPX 5 protection against water jets. This model accommodates 10 x 1/1Gn pans.
