Description

The Lincat PO49X is a powerful single deck pizza oven that features a single firebrick base for crisp base cooking of all varieties of pizza.

Desgined and built in the UK, the PO49X is designed for those with smaller pizza outputs, such as hotels, bars, canteens, cafes and more.

Made from high grade stainless steel, this pizza oven has a high class and easy-to-clean finish, whilst also providing exceptional cooking results.

Oven temperature ranges from 80°C to a maximum of 400°C, with the initial heating process from cold to 240°C takes around 40 minutes.

Capable of cooking 4 x 9" or 2 x 12" pizza simultaneously, the PO49X is suited well to areas where a high output is not required, but quality pizza is essential.

Complete with height adjustable feet for perfect counter placement, the Lincat PO49X can be stacked for added flexibility or to account for increased demand.

This unit can be converted into a free-standing pizza oven with the addition of a floor stand at extra cost.
