Robot Coupe R301 Food Processor

One of the finest food processors available, the Robot Coupe R301 is suitable for a wide variety of establishments that have up to 70 covers.

A feature rich appliance that makes it incredibly simple to prepare and process a range of raw produce, the Robot Coupe R301 creates professional results without requiring a professional operating it.

Incredibly easy to use, the R301 features two hoppers; one, larger, hopper for the preparation of spherical vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce and tomatoes, and a secondary narrow hopper, which has been designed to accommodate cylindrical and more delicate produce. There's also a new lidded preparation bowl, which can be removed for cleaning.

At the heart of the machine are Robot Coupe's efficient and interchangeable cutting devices. Supplied with four discs as standard, you can add to and enhance your options by picking from a further twenty specialist blades and discs that are available to purchase separately. The R301 also has numerous safety features, such as its magnetic failsafe system which shuts the machine down whenever the lid is opened.
