Zanolli 12/80V Electric Conveyor Pizza Oven

Designed and made in Italy, the electric 12/80V forms part of Zanolli's renowned Synthesis range of conveyor pizza ovens. With its large capacity cooking chamber, this high capacity unit is capable of producing over 300 pizzas per hour.

The oven is simple to use thanks to its user-friendly touchpad control system. From the unit's keypad (which is located to the front of the unit), operators can set and alter a number of parameters such as the speed of the conveyor and the overall temperature of the oven.

Constructed out of stainless steel and featuring an automatic energy saving system, the 12/80V has been purposefully constructed for use in commercial kitchens. Its large capacity conveyor is 32" wide while the cooking chamber is 48" in length. Output can be expanded by stacking the oven two or three units high.
