The Lincat Opus 800 series of Clam Griddles provides excellent cooking capability, with meat being ready to eat 3 times quicker than a standard griddle.

Both single and double griddles are available, with the option of Ribbed and Flat plate models - and the OE8210/FR has both ribbed and flat plates to choose from on the same machine.
