The popular GR3 Electric Salamander Grill is ideal for toasting and grilling, and will easily fit into any commercial kitchen looking to serve a range of grilled foods and dishes.

Part of Lincat's Silverlink range, this versatile and durable item has five different shelf positions and an efficient heating element which ensures food items are evenly cooked

Designed in durable and hardwearing stainless steel, this Salamander grill radiates heat downwards, rather than having food in direct contact with the heat from underneath. This helps reduce 'flare-ups' which can occur when hot liquid fat drips onto fires or the heat source, and scorching food.

Producing incredibly high heats, the Lincat GR3 salamander grill is capable of cooking food even faster than other conventional methods; due in part to the even heat distribution which ensures perfect grilling every time.

The interior grill is made of vitreous enamel for easy and quick cleaning routines and has 5 separate shelf positions to adjust as necessary.

With external dimensions of 310mm (h) x 600mm (w) x 350mm (d), the grill is still compact and space conscious for usage in a wide variety of kitchen spaces.

Optional extras include: shelf/splash back, branding plate and drip tray, bench stand, a wall shelf and wall bracket if you wish to wall-mount the appliance.
