Cleaning the Roller Grill Rotisserie is also easy, as you can slip off the suspended back panel, allowing you to keep the equipment hygienically clean.
The rotisserie is also fitted with heating elements which have 10 ‘incoloy’ armour which allows for the regulation of the temperature of each spit.
Some of the equipment’s other features include a juice collector which is durable and waterproof, safety glass doors, which allow you to keep an eye on the cooking chicken without opening the door and an on/off switch for each individual spit.
There is an interior halogen light which makes checking on the cooking process of the chickens easy.
