For today’s blog post we’re going to look at two of their most popular convection ovens, the FC60 and the FC110E.
Roller Grill FC60
The FC60 is a powerful, yet compact, fan-assisted convection oven that’s capable of being a reliable and trustworthy workhorse in many a kitchen.
Efficient and capable of getting up to temperature quickly, the FC60 is also 2/3 GN compatible and features a steam vent for the cooking high moisture products such as jacket potatoes.

There is also the FC60TQ, which shares many of the standard features of the FC60 but is equipped with an upper quartz grill specifically designed for the attractive browning and glazing of dishes. If you plan on purchasing a multi-purpose oven yet expect to be doing a fair amount of baking, this is the model we’d recommend.
Roller Grill FC110E
Roller Grill’s FC110E is an outstanding baking oven that mixes together both convection and steam capabilities.
This 6kW oven features a heavy duty, auto-reversing fan which helps regulates a perfectly even distribution of heat throughout its large capacity cooking cavity. To aid with the baking process there is a steam injection function, which is capable of apply a pre-set quantity of water into the cavity to further enhance the visual appeal of baked goods, though a water supply is required.
Also, there is an ambient convection setting which is ideal for the defrosting and rapid cooling of food items, and a low power setting which is typically used to help cook delicate products such as soufflés and meringues.
