This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves to natter with customers, can juggle multiple tasks at once, and gives 100% in everything they do then this could be the role tailored just for you.
We have a great office mix and plenty of lovely characters who are incredibly excited to welcome a new member to our team.

- Ability to think on one’s feet while dealing with customers directly on the phone
- Good general computer skills (we are Microsoft Windows folks)
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
We sell a range of catering equipment products to a wide variety of businesses and to the public. Business clients range from sole traders operating their own sites to large multi-national companies who require more in-depth account management.
Based at our head office in Sherburn-in-Elmet near Leeds and will involve the following duties:-
- Take incoming customer service calls
- Liaise competently with both customers and suppliers
- Offer troubleshooting advice over the phone
- Co-ordinate engineer visits
- Fully record all case details on our CRM system
- Build good product knowledge
- General administration duties
