Flexsil-lid is the brainchild of the Australian Albert David. After spending some time watching his wife and her colleagues at work in a restaurant, he noticed just how much money was being lost on plastic wrapping and foil.

Every day, chefs would go through strips just to cover up gastronorms and other pots and pans. There must be another way, he thought. And so he came up with flexsil-lid – a reusable, flexible and adaptable cover for use with gastronorm pans.

Made from Food Grade silicone, these innovative lids have won admiration from award-winning chefs and industry experts alike.

They are capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -40°C and as high as 220°C, meaning that you can both freeze and cook food safely in a flexsil-lid fitted container. And with its patented ‘lip-lock’ design, you can securely stack, transport your gastronorm pans without risking spillage.
