It is only a couple of weeks until Rational’s award-winning Cooking Live event returns to Leeds.

Hosted by accredited chefs, this hands-on demonstration day is free to attend and should not to be missed.

Held at Elland Road, attendees will get the chance to see Rational’s range of combination ovens in action. Also, you will get the chance to ask questions and find out how these market-leading appliances can transform your commercial kitchen.

No matter their location, Rational’s Cooking Live showcases are free to attend and open to all. However, due to their popularity, they are often fully subscribed – so booking in advance is recommended.

During the course of the presentation, attendees will learn all about the German manufacturers range of combination ovens, from how they operate to how they can reduce wastage and improve profit margins.

Intertwined with this discussion, you have the chance to see the combi oven in action. Rational’s representatives will prepare a number of common dishes, giving you first-hand experience of just how easy and seamless these units are to operate.

And yes, you will get the opportunity to grab a plate (or two!) of food during the event.

In addition to learning about the machines and watching the chefs rustle up a number of dishes in an active kitchen environment, you will be given the chance to quiz the reps on a number of issues.
